BOUCHERON “REFLET” LADY’S WRISTWATCH, PARIS, 2001 — WITH ORIGINAL BOX, PAPERS AND TWO STRAPS
An elegant Boucheron Reflet lady’s wristwatch, purchased from Boucheron on Rue Royale, Paris, in 2001, and preserved with its original presentation box, papers, stainless-steel bracelet, and additional signed Boucheron lizard strap.
One of Boucheron’s most recognizable watch designs, the Reflet is distinguished by its architectural rectangular case and strongly fluted, gadrooned decoration. This example is crafted in stainless steel and measures approximately 32 x 22 mm, giving it a refined yet distinctive presence on the wrist.
The silver-toned dial is particularly elegant, with applied gold-colored Roman numerals and hour markers, matching hands, and a finely textured central rectangular panel bearing the BOUCHERON signature. The contrast between the polished steel case and warm gilt details gives this Boucheron watch a timeless and sophisticated appearance.
The watch is fitted with a quartz movement displaying hours and minutes. It is accompanied by its original flexible Boucheron stainless-steel bracelet, designed to complement the ribbed architecture of the case. Also included is an interchangeable Boucheron signed lizard strap in a warm salmon/orange tone, allowing the character of the watch to be changed completely while retaining the original Boucheron design.
The complete presentation includes the original Boucheron blue fitted box, measuring approximately 6 1/4 x 5 3/4 x 3 inches, together with its original documentation.
A particularly attractive complete example of the celebrated Boucheron Reflet, combining French jewelry-house elegance with the versatility of two very different bracelet options.
