Spectacular and extremely rare set including one pair of armchairs and one sofa, France, Circa 1945-1950.
The base and arms are designed in solid mahogany with silvered brass sockets, reupholstered in an off-white leather.
This pair of armchairs and sofa comes from a complete set of four armchairs and a sofa that we purchased all together.
We are offering the pair of cognac ( light burgundy ) hued leather chairs separately.
The set has been authenticated in France in 1992 and the original certificate of authenticity will be provided with this set to the next owner.
One chair wears the stamp of "La Compagnie des Arts Francais".
The last image is showing the Jacques Adnet set of chairs in the condition we got it before we reupholster it.
