Mimmo Rotella had offered this painting to Giorgio Silvagni in honor, or in recognition, of the CESAR awards (Best film, Best original music, and of course Best director), given to Ettore Scola (1931-2016), Italian screenwriter and film director, for the movie " LE BAL " in 1984. Giorgio Savigni was the producer.
